We want to discuss your specific situation with you to determine your anticipated results and set realistic expectations.  You can call us or fill out our form located on our ‘contact’ page, and we will reach out to you. If you are transferring from Citywide Mortgage, the letter authorizing the transfer of any pertinent paperwork from Citywide to C Solutions is attached to the bottom of this page.

Customer Information

Once you have engaged C Solutions services, we will have you fill out an evaluation form giving our company permission to obtain a complete credit report. Once you have faxed or emailed the evaluation form back to us, we can review your report to ensure we thoroughly understand your problem areas and areas of strength.

Consultation Appointment

Having reviewed your credit report in its entirety, we will set up and appointment to go through your credit report with you line by line.  We will carefully triage and match the items on your report with the correct repair strategies as applicable to your case. We may also ask you to bring in your federal tax returns, most recent paystubs and any additional information that may be required for the purpose of pre-qualifying you for a particular home loan. Having worked with a variety of mortgage lenders, we try to prepare for all possible scenarios upfront to make the home loan process as smooth as possible from the very beginning.


If it is determined that credit scores need to be raised or maintained, we will check on the credit progress every 60 to 90 days. C Solutions constantly monitors mortgage news and potential changes that could affect particular home loans. We make sure to keep up-to-date in order to make sure our clients do not have any unwelcome surprises before closing. Our company prides itself on being proactive not reactive!
